Kevin W. Paul is a seasoned litigation attorney at Ferraro Law, where he focuses his practice on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation, toxic torts, and product liability cases, including talcum powder and wrongful death claims. With a legal career rooted in investigation and trial advocacy, Mr. Paul brings both meticulous preparation and deep compassion to his work on behalf of individuals and families harmed by corporate negligence.

Mr. Paul began his career in asbestos litigation as a researcher and investigator in 2005, later transitioning to legal practice in 2011. Since then, he has litigated asbestos-related cases in over 20 states, representing clients across the country and securing more than $100 million in settlements. His trial work has led to verdicts totaling over $53 million, including some of the largest toxic tort verdicts in the nation.

He served as trial counsel in Finch, et al. v. BASF Catalysts, LLC, et al., a Greensboro, North Carolina case recognized as one of the largest verdicts nationwide in 2018, resulting in a $32.7 million award. He also obtained a $12 million verdict in Keene v. CNA Holdings, LLC in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Mr. Paul earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.A. in International Studies from Southern Methodist University. He is licensed in Maryland and routinely practices in jurisdictions across the country, bringing a national scope to his plaintiff-side litigation work.

Mr. Paul’s motivation stems from the honor of representing victims and families whose lives have been upended by preventable harm. His clients benefit from his compassion, courtroom strength, and unwavering drive to give them a voice in the justice system.
