Angelica L. Novick is an experienced and broad-based litigator at Ferraro Law, where she represents individuals and entities in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, multi-district litigation (MDL), mass torts, and whistleblower/qui tam actions. Since joining the firm in 2021, Ms. Novick has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s footprint in complex litigation, including MDLs and high-stakes commercial disputes. She is currently working on the Insulin Pricing Litigation MDL.
Prior to joining Ferraro Law, Ms. Novick served as Senior Counsel at one of the largest multinational law firms in the country (Am Law 50), where she represented clients across the U.S. in complex litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions. Her diverse litigation experience includes non-compete and trade secret disputes, breach of contract, fraud, interference with contracts and business relationships, intellectual property matters, False Claims Act litigation, franchise disputes, employment law, and corporate governance issues. Ms. Novick has significant trial experience in both state and federal courts, reflecting her versatility as a litigator.
Ms. Novick earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as executive editor of The Inter-American Law Review. She also worked as a research assistant to Vice Dean Patrick O. Gudridge and completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Novick received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Miami.
Ms. Novick is admitted to practice in Florida, including in all three federal district courts in the state and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2021–2022) and Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2017–2023).
